Which payment options are available?

We currently accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other global payment methods supported by Wix Payments. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

Can I pay without a PayPal account?

Yes! You can use PayPal’s guest checkout option to pay with your credit or debit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Shipping

How long does production and shipping take?

Each product is made to order and typically requires 2–3 business days for production and processing before shipment. Once shipped, estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • South Korea: 1–3 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • North America / Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other Regions: Generally 7–15 business days (may vary)

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times can vary.

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us directly and we’ll try to arrange shipping.

How much is shipping?

We apply a standard worldwide base shipping fee of 30 USD. Depending on package volume and weight, some additional charges may apply. You can check the final calculated shipping cost at checkout.

 

Are taxes or customs duties included?

All international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.  

 

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, in new condition, and with all original packaging. However, as this involves international shipping, the buyer must handle the dispatch process directly through a post office or courier. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at goodgawoody@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  

 

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We sincerely apologize for the issue. Please contact customer support immediately (within 7 days of receiving the product) at goodgawoody@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue via replacement or refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.  

 

 

Product & Warranty

​

Can I use or charge the product outdoors?

No, our products require the included AC-DC adapter and must be connected to a power source. The adapter specifications are Input AC 100–240V (50/60Hz) / Output DC 12V 5A, compatible in most countries. As a reference, it may be possible to operate the motor kit outdoors if your car's cigarette lighter socket supplies 12V (typical voltage), but you would need to prepare the appropriate connection cord yourself.

Do you offer region-specific plugs?

You can choose one plug type from EU, UK, US, or AU options during the checkout process.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty from the date you receive the product. During this period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge if it proves defective due to manufacturing faults. After the warranty period, shipping fees and service charges may apply for repairs.
