How long will it takes to receive?

This product is made after your order. It takes 1-2 business days to produce and then ship. International delivery may vary depending on country location, but usually takes about 7-15 days.
Is it possible to charge and use it externally?

No. To use this product, the AC-DC adapter must be connected to a power source and this adapter is included. The electrical specification of the adapter is AC 100-240V (50 / 60Hz) free voltage and can be used in most countries.
Do you provide a plug that can be used directly in my country?

Because AC plug specifications are country-specific, not all specifications are available. When ordering products, you can choose between EU plug and UK plug.
Do you have a warranty period?

Yes. One year after receiving the product. If a product breakdown occurs during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. After a year, you may incur costs for product failures.
